White Pumpkin Salad (2 Minutes Side Dish)

Hi guys, this time I have got you an easy salad and this can be made in just 5 minutes. Easy to prepare, best in taste and good for health. All the ingredients are readily available in your kitchen and just get going, you will not feel the taste of raw pumpkin and you know guys this pumpkin is from my garden, isn't it great ? Now on to the salad preparation
White Pumpkin salad

White Pumpkin - 1/2 cup
Pepper Powder - as needed
Coconut - 2 to 3 tbsp ( scrapped )
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

To Temper
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard - little
urad dal - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - few

Slice the pumpkin into small cubes and remove the seeds.
Place sliced pumkin into the bowl, then add coconut and salt.

Temper the items and add it to the bowl.
Finally add lemon juice and pepper powder and mix well.

After tempering add the lemon juice and pepper powder.
There won't be any raw smell of white pumpkin.
Adjust lemon juice accordingly more or less if you like tangyness add more.
