This is my first cake post with frosting!!!. As this is our 50th post I wanted to make something special. So here I am with a chocolate cake with rich chocolate buttercream frosting. See the layers and the cream, wow it tasted heavenly and vanished in no time. It is so easy to make, and it is a no failure cake. I have done with wheat flour you can make with maida - All Purpose Flour too ( just add 1 1/2 cups of maida instead of wheat and corn flour ) Now on to the chocolatey cake....

Powder the sugar. Add melted butter, warm water, lemon juice and vanilla essence to it. Mix well. This is your wet ingredients mix.
Now make a well in dry ingredients mix and pour the wet ingredients batch by batch and mix it.
Now the batter is ready . Pour the batter in the cake pan and bake it until a toothpick inserted comes out clean ( about 20 to 25 minutes )
