Bread Jamun ( easy dessert )

Looking for some dessert?? which is easy to make that too with the kitchen staples, then you have landed in the correct post because it is not only simple and quick  to make but also tasty to eat. It tastes likes exactly like jamun. All the deliciousness of jamun without any trouble, isn't it interesting...
Yes I learnt this from one of my neighbourhood.
For jamun you have to make a dough, fry those balls and at last soak in sugar syrup. You have a long process, but this is damn easy !!!!.

Ingredients:
Wheat bread - 4 slices
Sugar - 1/4 cup + 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Oil - to shallow fry

Procedure:
Heat water in a pan add sugar.
Let the sugar dissolve, now switch it off. Let it cool.
Toast your bread in a toaster or in a frying pan.
Now cut your edges.
Again cut your bread slices into triangles.

Now take a bread piece and immerse in the sugar solution. Flip it so as to immerse the other side in the sugar solution, Then place it in a greased plate.

Repeat the same process for the remaining pieces too.
If there is sugar syrup left out pour some on the top of bread slices.( may be 1-2 tsp alone, not more than that, else it will be soggy)
Arrange them one by one.
Place it in the fridge for 10 minutes(or half an hour) and then serve.
Serve Chilled
Enjoy!!!!!

Notes:
You can use white bread also.( It taste better with white bread)
You can decorate finally with some roasted nuts in it, or you can pour a tsp of milkmaid.
You can toast in butter also, but do reduce some amount of sugar say 1 tsp.

Cheers
