This is one my family favorites. If you are a roti lover, then this one is for you!!! This Butter Beans Kurma tastes awesome with roti. I have never been able to get hold of these butter beans in Coimbatore, so whenever my SIL visits us these butter beans are sure on the list. They taste awesome, you can even use them in puli kolumbu. My daughters are a big fan of these. Neha will take one butter bean for each chapathi piece ( it will be so cute to watch :) ) This kurma goes well with poori too.

3) Grind the contents under the title To Grind into a fine smooth paste. Add to the butter beans masala. Add water, salt and mix well.
4) Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Let the pressure release on its own. After opening the cooker, keep back on stove and add garam masala, kasuri methi and garnish with some coriander leaves. Turn off the heat.
